Based on the requirements of our customers, we are currently preparing an expansion of our production in the field of highly precise molds and shaped components manufactured using modern EDM technologies.
We primarily focus on the needs of the glass industry, where high precision, surface quality, and production repeatability are absolutely essential. At the same time, we also see applications in other sectors – such as mechanical engineering, the production of special fixtures, technical components, or precision tools.
Technology for complex and precise shapes
EDM machining (electrical discharge machining) enables the production of highly precise shapes even in materials that are difficult to machine using conventional milling methods. The main advantages of this technology include:
- high dimensional accuracy,
- the ability to produce complex details,
- excellent surface quality,
- machining of hard and special materials,
- minimal mechanical stress on the material.
Thanks to the combination of modern EDM technologies, in-house technical facilities, and experience in precision manufacturing, we aim to offer our customers solutions for the production of both prototype and series molds according to individual requirements.
