The Dias sharpening sticks (stones) sharpen and clean all CBN and diamond grinding wheels. When the grinding ability of a diamond tool is reduced, we recommend to clean a diamond surface with a dressing sticks. Dressing sticks are used on diamond tools to sharpen or re-expose diamonds and optimize glass edge quality and tool feed speed. Proper wheel and drill dressing will reduce chipping and eliminate breakage and burns during glass fabrication. Sticks 80K are recommended for a diamond tools in a grits 150-300 μm, sticks 150I for diamond grits 45-150 μm and sticks 220I for diamond girts 1-45 μm.
